by nature, we are going to have posts with opinions in
them, and opinions imply bias (like editorials).

There is a difference between having an opinion and disallowing others to express theirs.

on the other hand, in order to more or less keep order, we do have the TOS,
which has to be enforced.

anyone can express their views within the TOS, even me

no troops will be sent abroad as a result of our discussions. no foreign loans
will be revoked. no one will go to prison. no one will declare the mouse an
endangered species.

no one will pay you money not to grow crops.

no one will fund a mission to Mars

I thought the American judicial system was innocent until PROVEN guilty.

It seems like for some offenses people don't want that to apply anymore.

lol!!! ive been in law enforcment for some time and it is guilty untill proven innocent, again laugh out loud!!!!!

people, that's against the TOS

also, some issues get really heated for some people, and sometimes they break
the TOS

but basically, if you stay within the TOS, you're pretty much free to speak your
