can't see the vid, but similiar devices like that have caused deaths... I think I just read somewhere that one manufacturer pulled their product after a recent death was publicized.

Schneider said Glen Canyon's park rangers began seeing tube kites for the first time this boating season. Between April and June there were four tube kiting injuries that were serious enough for the victims to be rushed out of the park by helicopter. A 29-year-old man broke his neck, and a 14-year-old girl was knocked unconscious when she fell to the water.

No thanks Dennis, I'd rather not break my neck during my SI....

what has happened to people these days that because they are irresponsible and reckless that because they make a stupid mistake and get hurt that they feel entitled to sue for damages. to me thats plain wrong and i feel these idiots got what they deserved (if any kids got hurt the parents need to be in jail for child endangerment as well as custody).

as for the lawyers on this it just goes to further my opinon that lawyers are the lowest life form there is (IMPO, sorry just to many bad experiences with lawyers).

but the manufacturer didn't tell me I'd snap my neck if I fell off a tube kite at 40ft going 40mph into water which is gonna feel like cement at that speed...
