I also get a lot more than irritation if I let the water get way in my sinuses. And I get a lot of sinus infections (I'm getting past one now). I've been to the sinus specialist here (yes we have one, so if you need one, Andy, come for a consultation). He did the whole endoscopic examination and prescribed Nasacort for a month to shrink the tissues so I wouldn't get more sinus infections, but I ended up getting one anyway. Oh well. I just try hard not to let sea water in my nose.
