With all of the recent changes that ScubaPro has been making, I first started getting emails in regards to service in the Spring of 2011.

I've received an email from Scubapro telling me that my regs are now due for service ... which is factually incorrect.

In back-checking, I find:

March 2011 - email from ScubaPro: acknowledging a Reg service (correct)
Sept 2011 - email from ScubaPro: acknowledging a Reg service (incorrect)
Feb 2012 - NO email (my Regulator services were paid for on 10 Feb 12)

By my hardcopy records, I'm not due for an annual service until Spring 2013, so ScubaPro's email notification system is in error. Perhaps because my LDS didn't submit an update? I don't know, but I've already once had to dig out every hardcopy receipt to document my annual services over the past 20 years because of other partys' record-keeping shortcomings; it would not be customer-friendly if I had to do that yet again.

What is the correct email address to notify ScubaPro that they have an error in their Service-Warranty records so as to get this corrected?

PM if the specific Serial#s are required.
