Serious question even if it sounds stupid.

Yellow fins are good. Much easier to see than black ones.

Hope that helps,

I second that. One of the people I dive with has the Hi-Vis yellow Twin Jets... I'm always surprised at how far I can see them in the murky waters out here. I can see that long before her brightly colored tanks, marker lights, etc. Pretty cool, but I don't like how they're buoyant.

True, I haven't seen any all yellow bc's but some are black with bright yellow accents.

I'm a sucker for a challenge...

How about the ScubaPro Classic Sport. If you take your mouse down to the bottom left corner of the page and hold it over 'yellow/black' you can see a picture of the yellow and black version.

Or alternatively, there's the Tusa Imprex BB.

I can't think of a women's BC that comes in black and yellow. You can get black and pink ones, of course. Sigh.

How about getting a black one and attaching a yellow tank to it? You're greatly restricting your options otherwise.

I am kinda liking the look of the tulsa one. I also want one with intagrated weights. Has anyone used it? How about the back inflating thing? I heard that can be dangerous when floating on the surface. I have only used the regular inflating ones so I don't really know. Thanks for the info.

You shouldn't have any problems at all. A back inflate is most definitely not "dangerous" on the surface. The only issue there is that if you're seriously overweighted and inflate your BC all the way on the surface you'll have trouble staying vertical. In that case you can just lean back.

I have the Imprex Pro, which is Tusa's model a bit above the BB. I love it. Pretty much all of the features look identical. The inflator mechanism is great, the fit and construction are superb. It's very low profile, the tank strap system is the best I've seen - you can see a picture of it here. The buckles are sort of hinging two piece.. there's no need to try to wrench the things tight. You simply pull the end to snug it against the tank, then thread it through one slot on the other part of the buckle and that ratchets it down. Very nice. I also like the weight system.. it puts them near your back. IMO, this makes them more secure than standard Velcro pockets because there just isn't much force on the Velcro while swimming.

Best of luck.

Keep looking around if the colors are still a factor. My wife wanted something pink or purpleish. She found a black bc with pink accents and pink lettering, pinkish wet suit, gloves and even black and pink boots, Which her instructor could belive she found them. She has a wide varity of brand name so keep looking I'm sure it's out their.

I think Buddy do one with a lot of yellow on it too - I'll do some checking....
