When a stiff current comes up while diving the breakwall do you wait it out, fight it or consider climbing out and making a long walk back to your car?

The strong current is usually found out at the last section of the breakwater. Out there, it almost always flows along the breakwater back towards shore so if I'm tired of struggling against it, I just drift with it back around the corner where it usually stops dead.
Good to know. If God's Pocket closes we plan to dive the south end of Vancouver Island based on your videos.
