Semi-dry suit neck seal

I recently bought a Scubapro Nova Scotia wetsuit and am wondering what to do about the neck seal. On the legs and arms you roll the inside flap of the wetsuit so the slick surface is in contact with skin. The neck seal also has an inner and out flap. Do you roll the inner flap under like you do on the lags and arms?

Yes. The neck seals rolls in. I don't roll my arms or legs.
