Regional Business Development Deputy Director
- Secure new sales orders and business accounts at reasonable margins
- Develop, implement sales and marketing strategy
- Market analysis, revenue management and pricing policies
- Identify new clients and develop new business relationships
- Create branding for innovative underwater equipment & manufacturing company
- Handle business forecasting, budget planning and conduct post-quotation inquests
- Must be aggressive, self-motivated, analytical and results-oriented with the ability to build strong rapport with senior management and key decision makers of prospects
- Expand and drive business growth
- Able to work independently
- Able to work permanently in Singapore but may require to travel overseas in short notice

Requirements:
- Degree with at least 4 years in Business/ Sales/ Marketing
- 5 or more years of relevant sales in managerial and marketing
- Must have proven sales record
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Focus on results, with ability to take initiatives
- Possess diving certification is an added advantage, preferably advanced scuba diver certified onwards
- Report to Managing Director and Board of Directors / Shareholders
