Seeking dive buddy for Casino Point dive Park for Sept. 11th

Hello,

I'll be in Catalina with my non-diving wife Sept 10-12. I'd like to do a couple dives at the Casino dive park anytime on Sept. 11th if anyone is interested. I've done the park before around 4 years ago and had a real good time. I've been a member of ScubaBoard for a few years now but not active until now. Also, if you know of a better way to find a dive buddy for such a small window of time, please advise. Is there a local Catalina dive buddy site or something like that? Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm... I haven't received any takers on my dive buddy request. I've had alot of "views" however. Maybe because it's a weekday?

You may be right about the weekday thing but there are almost always divers in the park and some will allow you to join them, you just have to ask.

If I didn't have two meetings that day I'd be tempted... conditions have been great the past three days.

Sorry you did not get any takers, but I rather imagine if you were at the park about 9:00 ish, which is shortly after the Long Beach boat arrives and allows time to walk over there you should be able to find a few divers to tag along with. My Thursday is booked or I would be there for you.
