searching for the Elusive Dive Pocket

I know i keep hearing about this Dive pocket add on they made for the Excursion BCD, but cant seem to find it on the Oceanic Site, nor anywhere else...it was suppose to be out LONG before now....but alas....nothing....Doug K, can you please advise its production status and pricing since it isnt on the Oceanic website.
