Why isn't there a diffuser available for the new digital strobe? Do you feel is really is not needed or is it just coming out at a later date?

Well if Cooltech is right than great. But other than that it is no needed because on the new and old digital strobes you can adjust there brightness so a diffuser is not needed. Also, the new digital has an auto mode, so if that works then you really don't need a diffuser.

The SL968 Flash Diffuser is for the SL960/SL906D strobes.
prskate2 is exactly right - the new SL961 Digital Pro Flash does not need a diffuser beacuse it has the options to adjust the brightness manually or to use the auto mode and let the flash work for you.

I thought I saw it on the strobe at the dive shop last week... I must have been mistaken... sorry
