I've got the seals and the tape, now I need to know one more thing. I got my suit used, I believe it's one of the old fusions (black interior), it also came with neoprene seals. I believe those suits never shipped with neoprene seal so I'm wondering if I should cut them or treat them as a previously replaced seal like in this video...

The suits did ship with neoprene seals. It was an option when ordering. It was most likely installed at the factory due to a customer request

Are you putting neoprene back on or latex? I am assuming Latex. If so, cut them all the way off. The tape will not stick easily to the neo seal and should be adhered straight to the suit.

I'm putting latex seals, so cut and clean with MEK.
