Scubapro lists the weight capacity of the trim pockets at 10#, I'm sure that is 5# per pocket. How much you actually use up to that is going to depend on what you need to balance things out in the water.

I have a Ladyhawk which I imagine is similar, any old block weights work fine, though a 1# bullet shaped weight could conceivably sneak out past the quick release buckle that closes the pocket. I'm not sure if a small soft weight would be prone to escape. (I dive warm water and happen to use 2# in each trim and main pocket, 8# total.)
 
All of our rear trim pockets are designed to take up to 5# in the standard 'block weight'. There are some soft weights that will fit that are slightly heavier.
