So I recently noticed that this BC has a couple of small counterweight pockets on the back. Was just wondering what type, make, size of weights best fit these pockets. Thanks.

Scubapro lists the weight capacity of the trim pockets at 10#, I'm sure that is 5# per pocket. How much you actually use up to that is going to depend on what you need to balance things out in the water.
I have a Ladyhawk which I imagine is similar, any old block weights work fine, though a 1# bullet shaped weight could conceivably sneak out past the quick release buckle that closes the pocket. I'm not sure if a small soft weight would be prone to escape. (I dive warm water and happen to use 2# in each trim and main pocket, 8# total.)

All of our rear trim pockets are designed to take up to 5# in the standard 'block weight'. There are some soft weights that will fit that are slightly heavier.
