My 1st time - I thought there would be more equipment vendors and Equipment displays. I think 75% of the 'vacation package' vendors could be eliminated, as someone already stated that can be found in any magazine.

I went to 4 Seminars

Murder on the High seas - Very interesting and I'm glad I chose this even though going by the name I was expecting something totaly different. ( did anyone get the title and author of the book he recomended? I would like to get a copy but wasnt smart enough to write it down)

Inside the Shark Cage - Slightly disappointing this just seemed like a long commercial for a couple specific charters

U-How? What sank the U-869 - I was really looking forward to this one, but due to computer problems it was delayed around 15 minutes and so to make up time the details were barely skimmed to leave time to view a dvd presentation ( which I think could have been left out)

Why Divers Die - excellent, I wish this one was longer

Thats my 2 cents worth..

I have a bunch of stuff to write but not a lot of time at the moment. I rather enjoyed the talks I attended but I had to leave the film fest. early. Having complete strangers walk up to me and know who I am is interesting to say the least and if any of you complete strangers saw me and knew who I was and didn't come say hi you're all just creepy! More later...

This is the part that bothered me a bit and it is somthing I want to work on for next year, it did seem like there was a lot of "filler" . The good news is that the Sea Rover resonsible for filling the booths is very open to suggestions and I think there are some things that the shops can do to get more manufacturers there next year.

Gidds, since your picture has been up here so many times and a lot of the people on this board go to the show you had expect some of them were going to say somthing. Me personally, since I don't know you from a hole in the wall, I wasn't about to say antyhing when you walked by our booth although I suppose I probably did a double take becasue, I knew your face from somewhere.

I never got out to see any of the show, but was able to poke around before the doors opened. All the booths looked pretty nice, and well stocked. I would like to thank everyone that stopped by the Brownstone Exploration and Discovery booth. We enjoyed meeting, and talking to all of you, and hope to see you all again when you come to dive with us! .........Hey gidds, did you catch the train this time?
I had a great time at the show. It was great meeting all the guys at Brownstone!! Can hardly wait to come down for a dive. Looks like you guys are going to have a top notch operation!!!
Didn't go to the movies this year as it already has been stated more talking than movies. Some good seminares I liked Chris Kohls but sinced I grew up in Mich I might be partial.
