I received my copy of "Sea Of Light" yesterday and I'm thrilled to see that it is as good as the previews indicated. I now have the definitive underwater California guide to show my non-diving friends and family why I love diving here so much.

If you havent ordered a copy yet, here's the link to the web site:

Oh, very, very cool, he got enough orders to get it printed! I can't wait.

Great to see he got it published... looked very nice when I saw the earlier announcement. Of course given the economy (or lack thereof) on the island, I'll have to wait until I see one on E-Bay or see if he'll trade two of my DVDs for a copy.

So it came? How does it look?

I got my copy on the 15th. We spent the evening on the couch looking in awe at page after page of beautiful photographs. Memories flooded back as we relived places we have seen, creatures we have watched and things we hope to see as we continue to dive the Channel Islands.

This will make a real impression on non-diving friends who ask "Why?"

Money well spent.

Mine came today (mail to the last frontier moves slowly). All I can say is "wow." It was worth the wait.

I realize I never did post after I had a chance to look at the book. It is everything I hoped it would be and more. The photographs almost glow off the page, and brought back fabulous memories of great dives down there. I am buying at least one more for a Christmas present.

My dive buddy and I just got ours in. Incredible presentations!!! High quality, high class product.

Though I must say that our own resident members here (mo2vation and maxbottomtime among others) aren't exactly slouches either. Frankly, I've seen better kelps shots from mo2vation and maxbottomtime.
