If you are eligible for membership in the Sea Lancers on Hickam AFB; join. I met them for the first time last week. They are a wonderful group of people who will go out of their way to help you and to give you insights into the local diving environment.

One of their members even came to the Club House to give me access to their tools to do some unexpected regulator maintenance. I still owe them a dental pic that I broke removing an O-ring.

Even if you don't dive with them very often your financial and membership roster support will be helpful.

here's their website: http://www.sealancers.org/

I've yet to see a dive shop that has been around as long as we have... even though a couple have tried to get us shut down.

Ditto!, Ditto!, Ditto! I was fortunate to hook up with them when I was stationed at Pear Harbor for 4 months during the summer. Great bunch of people, can't wait to hook up with them the next time I return.
By the way Steve I hear your maybe heading out to the cold west coast. I pm'd you and Jimbo, let me know.
