I have, twice, in 2003 and 2001. The cottages are very nice, comfortable, well furnished. The smallest is a bit tiny, suitable for a single individual, a sqeeze for two. The other cottages are a nice size. The cottages are at the top of a hill, breezy, nicely isolated, private. You are quite far from any stores, restaurants, a good long walk at best to the nearest small shops, so driving is a must.
There is a trail leading down to the bay. Fair snorkeling when the weather is nice. Being the north coast, the area gets some heavy weather at times. Winter is not the best time to be there, I think. There is good diving 1/2hr drive west, to Portsmouth, with an excellent (Cabrits) dive shop. another 45 min south puts you mid Island, Salisbury, where Caribe Divers has a nice operation. The best scuba is at the southern end of the island, about a 90 minute drive, with several excellent dive operations. You really need your own rental car to stay at Sea Cliff for more than a couple of days. I enjoyed my stay there. Wonderful vistas of the Morn Diablotin mountain range, but kind of far from everything. Owned by very nice people.
