Sea and Sea YS-D2 keep blinking

Hi,
I have a problem with my sea & sea ysd2 strobe it start blinking, if its on manual mode its keep blinking green and if its on TTL mode its blinking blue. I changed the batteries and charge them again same thing any suggestion what's the problem? thank you!

From what I understand, the Sea & Sea YS-D2s were initially produced in Japan and then change production to China. And this is when this strobe started having problems. To resolve this problem, the strobe production was switch back to being produced in Japan. Check your strobe to see if it says China on it.
