I am working from a fresh install of SDM 2.1.5. I want to adjust the data in such ways that SDM won't support - changing the order of dives, number that kind of thing. THings I am hoping will be easy when I finally access the raw text data.

According to the help file you can export in csv format or some other format. Funny, but 2.1.5 only allows you to export in sde format as confirmed by Suunto tech support. Suunto claims you can read this format into NotePad or Excell...I beg to differ...that format is not compatible with either program.

So...if anyone can give me step by step instructions on exporting the data and reading it with a standard program I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!
