Given that this Forum is titled "New Divers and Those Considering Diving" and cautions against flaming, what I still don't understand is this:

Of all the people who responded and beat each other about the head and shoulders regarding "how many angelic seahorses can actually dance on the head of a pinhead", what question actually got answered?

I ask this because I'm no better informed about the various certification agencies now than when I started reading this thread.

Maybe you guys could now talk about single-payer national health programs? Or move most of these posts to the "Old Codgers Who Live to Argue" Forum.
