I went in once for a computer that was on sale, but they were out already. So Larry sold me the next model up for the same price as the one I came in for AND gave me the 10% SB discount on top of that.

Do they give the same discount for service? Wish I had known of the discount and at least asked for it when I sent my reg. in for service.
