I have the 7 mill S-Tek and used it on 4 dives in Lake Superior. Water temps on the Smith Moore were about 43 degrees. I paired this suit with a 5 mill hood, I didn't get the hooded vest. The suit kept me very warm, after the initial shock from the early morning entry. I have a bit of a time wrestling this suit up my arms as they are on the biggish side. I hope to remedy this with a diveskin.
