Would anyone happen to know how the sizing runs in hoods attached to scubapro wetsuits?

I like the concept from a heat-retention point of view, but I'm a bit concerned over my giant noggin. I know that when I bought my Nova Scotia in a 2XL size, it came with an XL hood. Was this a fluke or the norm? Having lost some weight, I'd like to step down to XL, but approximately what size equivalent will the attached hood be?
