I just purchased a Halcyon Eclipse Wing and am wondering if the standard BC inflator can be replaced with the ScubaPro Air2 alternate air source? Has anybody tried this?

I know I'll catch some grief from the DIR folks, so I apologize in advance to them.

Thanks.

...I'd advise against doing that....the SP Air 2 will experience 'organ rejection' as the Halcyon wing antibodies attack and destroy the 'foreign' material.......

I'm pretty sure Halcyon uses the same hardware as Dive Rite so it is a 1 inch corrugated hose which is what the Air2 needs. While I'm sure Halycon uses a simple elbow at the BC, Dive Rite has a pull dump which will fit the connector. It is not necessary but it does make buoyancy control while using the Air2 a little simpler.

Thanks for all the advice. The concensus seems to be strongly in favor of not doing it.
I just received the BC and yes, the hose would be much too short - something I hadn't considered. So I'll chalk it up to a poorly conceived idea and not do any modification to a well made Halcyon wing.
