Hi All :)

I want to take a scubadiving course but i'm not sure where to take it...

I am pretty mobile so location is not a big deal for me..

I am currently in Thailand but i will be in Egypt in 2 months..

Where is the best place to take the course (price and location wise)

- another thing, I heard Open water is not enough and I should go up to the advanced level.. is that correct ? what do you say..
