Cardzard (Dennis) and Roxanne - A cooler full of water, diet and diet sodas for the group dinner. Then for brkft, 18ct eggs, precooked bacon, sausage and ham, and some asst veggies for the omelets. And last but not least, Glow sticks for the galaxy dive.

jsisemore, Cownose Rachel, and Chris of the Abyss (June, Rachel and Chris) - We'll be bringing eggs, diced ham, cheese and other omelet fixins, tiki torches, fuel and 3 dozen Johnsonville Cheddar Beer Brats
kelemvor and JLSweat27 (Aaron and Jennifer) - Put us down for plastic silverware, plates, napkins.

Scuba_Jenny (Jenny) - S'more fixin's and will grab some paper plates, napkins.
J322Y and friend - I can also bring plastic silverware, plates, napkins, and cups.
mermaid0sea (Mara)and friend - I am thinking of making cake pops that look like the galaxy. Oh and yes... Cheer wagon will be there. and eggs.
solo gato - eggs/ bacon or as required of other items needed.
DMDavid (David) Count me in for bottled water some Pepsi products and hot dogs.
Bobby and Sheila - 5 dozen eggs.and dessert.
UCF SCUBA will be bringing lots of eggs, chopped veggies for breakfast, cheese for breakfast, Bubba Burgers and buns for dinner, cookies, and chips!
Joystershell (Joyce) - 18 count of eggs and some MegaMuffins for breakfast. And burgers for Saturday night.
UT Scuba - Approx 30 people. We'll bring hot dogs and buns and fixings, as well as sides and some dessert. For breakfast we'll bring eggs and toppings,
cjburban (Chuck)- Bringing some wood, charcoal, eggs, and brats.
Tecomah - One of my guys says he can bring 100 eggs
Rick with Vivid-Pix - is going to join us for the weekend. He's going to create a slideshow in the evenings of the weekend fun and also include photos from some of your favorite dives/vacations of the past (even old photos that you have on slides or prints). Please bring a few along and Rick Voight of Vivid-Pix will scan on site and fix as well. Bring any pics you would like to share and those you would like to have fixed with his wonderful and easy to use software. Slides, prints, cards and thumb drive are acceptable.
For those who always ask what to bring. Here are some ideas...
Meat items for the grill (We're trying to keep it simple so it doesn't take forever to cook for the group)
(Please keep it to Hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, chicken breast and premade items like pulled beef/pork, meatballs, and shish kabobs. If you have something else you were thinking about and want to cook that yourself, that's great! Some have brought fryers or smokers and added to the meat items that way.) Don't forget the buns for items like hamburgers and hot dogs.
Eggs (We never seem to have enough.)
Items for the omelets (additional meats, peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, salsa, wraps, cheese, etc.)
Items for Breakfast (Juices, fruit, muffins, coffee, creamer, etc.)
Charcoal (self-starting)
Condiments (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, BBQ sauce etc.)
Paper towels and napkins
Heavy-duty Paper Plates (no Styrofoam please) and dessert plates.
Plastic silverware
Bottled water
Side dishes (casseroles, baked beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, chips and dips/salsa, fruit salad, green salads w/dressing, veggie tray w/dip, etc.)
Deserts (Oh please don't forget the deserts!)
Tiki torches and fuel (for around the fire)
FIREWOOD FOR THE CAMPFIRE (Any amount would be appreciated!)
We also need volunteers to help out during meals for the weekend. THANKS!!!!
If we all pitch in and take a task, it makes for a fun weekend for everyone.

If someone needs ICE on the way in,
there is a self-serve ICE machine when you leave High Springs
to turn on the road to go to Ginnie.
In addition to Ginnie's Springs store and dive shop,
Air Fills: Cave Country Diving - Home in High Springs where Salvo used to be.
(US Hwy 441)
There is a Winn-Dixie in High Springs, open 7 AM to 10 PM every day.
Also a Publix close to the Interstate 75.
There is also a CVS Pharmacy right next to the Hardees.
If you have any questions, just ask. One of us will respond.

All are welcome. This event is open to ALL dive levels, newbie, OW,
all the way to full cave certification.
If you don't have a buddy, don't worry, there are a bunch of us
and there's always someone ready for a dive!
Diving is set at your own pace, when and where you want in between eating and sleeping.
The only dive that is a scheduled dive will be the galaxy dive around dusk on Sat. evening.
As it is a family event, there are plenty of nondivers and kids too.
Ginnie Springs has a full-service dive shop and a pretty nice little store.
They also rent canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and tubes for use on the river or bring your own.

If you check in on Friday and won't be diving until Sat.,
go ahead and pay for your diving then to get your wristbands.
It can get really busy on Sat. and you don't want to waste your time waiting in line again.
Sometimes we do a sunrise dive before the shop opens and
you don't want to miss one of the best dives of the day!
We have the whole Turkey Roost area reserved from the road back.
Most of us will be tent camping.
There are separate sites for RV's and I do recommend reserving your spot if you are bringing yours.
Some though do stay in town at the motel, but you'll miss a lot of the fun...
There isn't electricity where we're tent camping,
but there is electricity at the pavilion and bathrooms w/showers are a short walk away.
Don't forget to bring chairs for around the fire and bug spray if the bugs like you.
No need to make reservations (unless you're bringing an RV), just sign up here on this thread.

If other things are needed i can coordinate with my group. I would just need to know what that would be. As always we should be bringing plenty of beer 
. We will most likely be camping off in a different part of the grounds by ourselves because we get pretty rowdy but I look forward to meeting so more Florida divers.

You're welcome to camp with us, we have the whole Turkey Roast area. If you do decide to join us, let them know you're with ScubaBoard's megadive for a discount on camping and diving.
Any meat items and buns, or side items for dinner from the list would be very helpful!

I'm helping cook Saturday night but I'm happy to help cook/clean at least one other time.
It doesn't look like my guest is going to make it.
So far I'm bringing the following disposables:
forks (heavy duty) 150
teaspoons 150
napkins 500
I put myself down for disposable cups but don't have any yet. What type should I get?
I have 200 12 oz foam bowls but I see that foam plates aren't wanted. Should I leave these at home?
I will have a 14K BTU butane burner with me that can be used for prep.
I'm looking forward to meeting everybody!

I am bringing a package of hamburgers and buns. I am willing to help on Saturday and whatever u need.
Looks like others are bringing paper products, so put me down for burrito shells and salsa, coffee for the morning with fru fru creamer.
Very sorry to be missing this Megadive...can't wait to see pictures and even more, can't wait to be with you all again! Maybe in the fall!
