All,
I just wanted to pass on a personal recommendation for Scuba Toys in TX, USA. Over the last year I have purchased a BC, Reg setup, Wetsuit, Sealife Elite camera setup, Zeagle pony bottle, and a Dive Rite 10W HID handheld light and more.
They offered prices lower than anyone else I could find, provided fast free shipping and what most impressed me was the customer service. When I wrote an email they responded very quickly and if I called them no matter who answered the phone they could answer my questions.
I had some trouble with the HID light. First I ordered it 3 days before leaving the country on my dive trip and they did not have it in stock. They said they could get it in time and would over-night it to me. Well their supplier could not get it to them in time so they ended up sending it express air to the remote island in the Philippines and at their expense even though I offered to pay half. Then the light failed. So I sent it back to them and within a few days they informed me that they would replace it. Shortly after they sent a new one to my home in the US, again at their expense. It is this kind of customer service that will keep me coming back and motivated me to give this big thumbs up for these guys.
