I recently purchased a Chromis but am having trouble with the LogTrak software; the driver for the cradle is not recognized by my computer. Currently, my computer is using Windows 8.1. The provided CD-Rom is listing v1.2, but neither that nor the available software from the manufacturer's website will work. The Scuba Pro representative was nice but unable to provide me with a workable answer.

Kinda expected more from a well recommended company.

Any recommendations?
