I'll say it once and I'll say it again. I don't breath gas from a scuba tank without analyzing it with MY analyzer for O2 and CO 1st.

I don't care if I filled it, you filled it, or the only op in a 1000 miles filled it.
 
Not for certain but pretty sure it is the only op that goes out of Hawaii Kai...Island Divers.

Pretty sure it is the only op that goes out of Hawaii Kai/Maunalua Bay...Island Divers. They seem to have several other names...Dive Hawaii, Diver's Island, etc.

Actually I have dove that spot a few times with 2 different dive shops and one private charter. More than Island Divers go there...also a lot of divers who own boats go out there. Who knows where those tanks came from. As for Island divers I have a lot of dives with them and never had any issues.
