So, how long can you go with out checking the board? I'm new here and I find myself checking it at least 4 times a day. Is there something wrong with me??? :06:

You don't want to hurt yourself as a :newbie: but you can build up in time to checking in 10 to 20 times a day. Some of us veterans can do several times this.

Questions -
why does it always go down?

Is it volume of traffic?

My other frequented forum did this and a move to a different host/supplier with better system/bandwidth etc cured it.

As this is such a heavily used site maybe this is an option to look into..............
