Buy 200mV LCD voltmeter from aliexpress
Buy 9v battery and connector from hardware shop
Buy waterproof case suitable to fit voltmeter and 9v battery anywhere
Install hose gland onto rebreather head instead of cable gland
Put same hose gland onto case
Connect glands with suitable hose and bypass wires from cell to case
Wire all stuff to act as PPO2 gauge

This results in waterproof case with ambient pressure in it
LCD voltmeter and battery easy survive at least 5 ata ambient pressure
Yes, that's DIY way. Much cheaper than plug-and-play solution, but you need to know what you're doing

(Could take him a month to make one, or just just a few days)

One more option is to get the housing he has listed and use it for the lombardi board
