Ahhhhh. My bad. I didn't even notice!! On a positive note, I took the time to 100% verify that mine was a scorpionfish!

Are you sure they are not related? I think monkfish, goosefish, toad fish are all related, not sure if the scorpionfish is however but it looks and hunts similarly.

I knew they were different from their looks, behavior in the water and flavor, but here bellow is a better argument:
