yeah it does - unfortunately we saw very little when we went there. I wanted to see the butterfly ray and/or some angel sharks but saw neither (it happens I know) and to be frank found the diving a little uninspiring and yet I keep seeing these amazing photos from everyone else who goes. I'm fairly sure we just got a duff weeks weather or current or something but am not sure I want to risk money/precious holiday time again. Oh the eternal quandries of the travelling diver!

I know you saw a very large stingray, but I'm curious, why do you think it was 8 feet across and not 7 or 9? Did you have a reference of known size?

Of course it's an estimate, but I am more than 6' tall and as I was over it, it appeared to be a good bit wider than I was tall and nearly twice my height in length.
