It's a great program. Shark finning is a social issue and needs to be addressed socially to be stopped. The big part of the problem is that most people are unaware of the devastation that is being caused by simply eating soup. It's gotten so bad the fisheries are now taking rays as well.
One part of this that really pissed me off is marine sanctuaries that are being fished for shark and rays. Like the Great Barrier reef for example:
