Santi Standard boots

Can someone with first hand knowledge, tell me if the Santi Standard boot is coated with rubber, or it it just nylon/neoprene? It isn't clear in the photo or from the description on the website.

I'd like to replace the Flexsole boots on mt eMotion with something larger and warmer...

I have the Santi boots and I couldn't tell you. I can tell you the water beads up and runs off the outside.
