Thank You Bob! I'm trying to figure out how to navigate this website and reading alot. Looks like invaluable information. Actually makes me more nervous about diving but that will just prompt me to be more careful. Lizzi

Thanks Water Monkey! I see you are a new diver too. I'm finding alot of interesting information on this website. I've read enough to make me more nervous about diving. It makes me determined to learn as much as I can to make it safe for my daughter, her boyfriend and me to dive. My daughter, who will be a senior in high school, is being "courted" by Washington and Lee University. Do you know anything about that school? I see it is in Virginia. They may want her for their Volleyball team. Lizzi

Howdy back Dandy Don! Hey, you're from Texas I see.....I lived there for over 26 years and miss it alot! I lived in the Dallas area and my daughter was born in Irving...right down the road from Texas Stadium. So....speaking of Dandy Don, wasn't the other one...that guy that played for the Cowboys (ha) from Mt Pleasant, Texas? I haven't heard about him in years, any news on him?

Thanks for the Welcome to ScubaBoard. I am trying to figure out the website and in the process am reading alot of interesting information. Honestly, it makes me more nervous about diving but that is a good thing because I have my eyes opened much more now. Thanks, Lizzi

:) We are new divers and our 2nd ocean dive was with Sand Dollar Sports in Cozumel. Matias Garrido is the Sales Manager and he was wonderful!! The email is sds@sanddollarsports.com. He went out of his way to help me and I will always be grateful. The dives were great! Lizzi557

Lizzi Thanks for your kind words! I am glad you enjoyed your diving trip, It is important for us to have you guys walk away from your open water experiences being completely thrilled! I forwarded your comments to Matias. He thanks you also as it is vey nice to receive positive feedback specially when you work in the service industry. :D
I hope to see you out here again, happy diving!

Hi Lizzi,
My name is Julie (of the pottsandpans) that's me, my husband and our two kids. We just got back from diving with Sand Dollar Sports in Cozumel also. Miguel was our dive guide for the Santa Rosa Wall and San Clemente. We got a DVD of our dive and it was great to see our whole family diving together. We learned by watching our video how much we still look like newbies to the sport as well. It was dive #20 and 21 for me. Anyway, welcome to the sport. Read dive magazines, the SCUBA Board and most importantly - stay wet!

welcome aboard
