Who wants to go and do some diving at San Miguel Island?

We made it out on April 27th and had an excellent trip and there is still room for about 10 people on the upcoming June 1st trip!

Excellent trip for the sightseer, photographer or hunter. Come on out and join us!

Cost is $165.00 and includes 4 dives, food & air aboard the Peace

Please contact Ken if you have any questions.

San Miguel... one of my favorite dive destinations in SoCal. Very rich waters... clouds of krill at times, the opportunity to see blue and humpback whales on your surface intervals, lots to see in these colder waters. Have a great trip.

How experienced do you have to be for San Miguel? It seems like a really cool trip, but it might be a better one for me to take later in the summer after I log a few more dives.

Very sorry I didn't see this sooner, been gone on vacation.

San Miguel could be an easy dive on a good day when everything is perfect but that just doesn't happen very often. Its best to be an advanced diver with some experience diving in not so perfect conditions like some current, swell, cold water (lately its been 50-55 at Miguel), probably some wind and thick kelp at times depending on the site.

The other thing is you MUST be patient to dive Miguel because there is no guarantee you will even get there because of weather and with the weather patterns changing there just doesn't seem to be any one best time to plan a trip to Miguel. It is totally a hit or miss type of thing but when you do (especially on a good day) you will want to go back.

Hope that helps, Ken
