San Juan April 2012

Wife and I are cruising out of San Juannin April. We are comming onto SJ 4 days early and relaxing at the Conrad. Need recommendations on good places to I've and that are accessible in PR and also some topside activities. Also, should I rent a car?

You should check out the Greater Antilles forum, thats where most of the Puerto rico discussions are found. But right in San Juan there is a group called Scuba Dogs that does shore diving Scuba Dogs Inc. - Visión They are shallow dives, but you can take a cab to Escambron which is right in San Juan. I've never done Scuba Dogs but have always been curious. Everywhere else will require a rental car. You could do a 1/2 day tour of El Yunque on your way out to Fajardo for some diving.
