I'm going to be using a Predator as a backup to my Petrel, and notice that the salinity setting options for each (with most current firmware for each) don't align.

The Petrel allows for "Salt", "Fresh", and what is essentially a 'hybrid'. I run the Petrel in "Salt" mode.

The Predator has a greater degree of refinement in its available salinity settings... what I want, though, is to know what setting will most closely match the Petrel's "Salt" setting.

I want to say that normal salinity is 35 ppt so if a puter has a salt mode it would be the norm value.

Thanks much, Tyler.
