The only one I've been to is Speedy Tertle (sic). It is owned by a Russian, but the Dive Guide we had was an American. They had just moved to a new office and were a bit disorganized, but the dive guide was very good.

If your just looking for a dive guide, go with Harry Blaylock at Axe Murderer tours. They will take care of you. You can google them for the website.

Eric Javier of Speedy Tertle (not a typo) is probably one of the best dive guides I've ever had. Detailed briefings, knows the underwater world like the back of his hand, and manages the dive to your level. I highly recommend him.
