Safety whistle and mirror

My apologies, the one I have is the Sherwood Outback not a Outlaw. I can remove the wing from the Outback but can't figure out how to connect a different wing to the mini-backpack. I'd like to use the front end as it has a lot of D-rings, pockets and it's weight integrated as well. Thanks anyway for your reply. I will keep tackling this BCD until I can use it with another wing as the original is huge and taco the tank almost all the way.

The whistle is on my bc inflator hose as others have. A mirror is stowed in a neoprene pouch on my bc's cumberland near the buckle.

Here's a sideways thigh sack with about a metre long tether with clips every 200mm inside

and narrow upside down pockets either side of the plate also containing tethers and clips

but don't carry enough junk to require side sacks and under sack at the same time
