Safety Issues and Information

I've been asked to serve as a safety coordinator for my local, South Florida dive club.
I'd like to keep the club informed on diving related safety issues; recalls, training, medical issues, tips and techniques, etc.
I know this site has an Accidents and Incidents section, but respectfully that would be a small component of what I'd like to provide my fellow divers.
Might you recommend sites, magazines,
and other information sources that would emphasize dive safety matters?

You might also find some good stuff if you poke around the BSAC site. Lots of clubs in the UK and IIRC, they usually have somebody with a position like yours.
