SAE/Metric gauges

I would like to know if anyone makes the combination SAE/Metric analogue depth gauge for a console?

I currently have the SAE, but want to know both feet and meters.

Some older gauges may have it but I have seen any in recent times. I have just learn to divide/multiple by 3.3 to convert depth and by 15 to convert pressure. And if I get a funny number it probably means I am suffering from narcosis.
