So just going in and changing a few HP 100's to 102cf / tank and LP 85's to 82.5cf / tank seems to track a heck of a lot close to each other (whereas I was using 100cf vs 85cf).

I think that fixed my problem unless someone throws a curve ball at me?

do you know the exact #'s to plug in for PST 100's and Worthington 85's?
I would use 107.7 cf / 3500 psi for the PST 100 and 81.2 cf / 2640 psi for the Worthington 85s.

Basis:
  • I couldn't find the water volume, but all the spec sheets I see for the 100 are consistent at 102.0 cf real capacity. The z-factor for air at 3500 psi is 1.056.
  • The water volume for the 85 is 12.80 liters.

So I tried changing my cf to 108 and 81. Seems to track a lot closer.

In my pdf's I have for tank specifications I have 102cf and 82.9, but I guess that doesn't take into account z factor?

The 102 cf is the "real capacity" == Ideal / z-factor. The 82.9 cf I believe to be erroneous, which is why I used the water volume instead. I'd expect that to be the most accurate.
