From an Undercurrent update:

"Slow Down on Cayman:
Meanwhile, the Cayman government confirms that the islands will remain closed to visitors until at least the beginning of September. This may well set a precedent for other Caribbean nations as well although there are rumors that Saba and other islands in the Netherland Antilles will open on June 1."

That is 10 days away, not much time to announce and then get things in place. Interesting though that there is a rumor and mentioned in a report.

I agree, it sounds a little overly optimistic.

Rumors, in Undercurrent? I'm shocked. 20% credibility (rumor) times 50% credibility (Undercurrent) means 10% likelihood. Don't buy your tickets yet!
Sluiting luchtruim Bonaire verlengd Nieuws | Bonaire.Nu reported May 13 that the Bonaire airspace, closed until May 15, has been extended 4 weeks. InfoBonaire reported on May 16:

Just in from Delta. At least for BON that likely means later in June.

Delta to resume flying to St. Maarten, several other major routes
LOCAL | By Correspondent May 19, 2020

ATLANTA, PHILIPSBURG - Delta Air Lines said on Monday that it would resume flying several major routes in June that were suspended due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. This includes St. Maarten and several other Caribbean and trans-Atlantic destinations.

Delta is adding roughly 100 more daily flights in June versus May, even as its overall second-quarter schedule is expected to be 85 per cent smaller than last year’s.

From Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia, Delta plans to resume flights to destinations in the Caribbean including St. Maarten, Aruba, Bermuda, Bonaire; Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica; Nassau, the Bahamas; Providenciales, the Turks and Caicos Islands; Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic; and St. Lucia.
