Now that version 1.2 is released, you can download it from: http://www.red-sea-shadow.com/downloads/RSS_Logbook.exe
For those who don't feel comfortable with downloading executable files from direct links, go to http://www.red-sea-shadow.com then click the [Downloads] link on the left. You'll be directed to an HTML page where you can download the program from.
