Yes, I'd assume safely that if dive ops are moving diving to the south side to keep diving due to bad weather, they aren't making the commute by boat each day. They are moving their boat(s) to the south side and keeping them there until the weather passes and they bring them back to resume their normal diving again. During that time, you're going to be going to the dive boats location on the south side each day to board the boat.
