I have also had customers that told me they were disappointed with dive excursions in Rotan. I know there is some great diving there but, they told me they think all the cruisers are taken to the same spot and the reef was getting kicked up. Coz vs.’ Costa Maya? I just got back from Anthony's Key Resort in Roatan yesterday and outside of the sand flies, the trip was great. The resort is an all inclusive dive resort and they provide 3-4 dives a day. I've only been diving in Grand Cayman, the Carolinas and in Roatan but I would say that Roatan was much better than Grand Cayman. Check out their website.
