More photos from my recent trip to Roatan.
I named this octopus Sean Penn. He apparently became tired of my camera flashing in his face and decided to literally take matters into his own tentacles, much like Sean Penn used to treat the paparazzi. He used most of his tentacles to grab my housing and lense port and pull it toward him. I pulled the other way. Sean decided to let go once he was mostly pulled out of his den. He was probably 3+ feet across if stretched out.

A couple of feet away from Sean was another common octpus. I like how this guy blends into the smooth surface of the sand.
And the reason we were in that neighbood, Mr. Toad (fish):
