Roatan in January

I'm going to Roatan this January, and was wondering if anybody has any recommendations for dive operators?

I'm looking for someone who does small groups (preferrably a smaller dive operator), and isn't rushed.

I don't mind paying more for longer dives with someone who knows what they're doing, and doesn't mind hanging around while the fish that the divers scared off come back

Any suggestions are appreciated!
